About the Role
Misty Peak Resort & Spa is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our award-winning culinary team. You will oversee all kitchen operations, design seasonal menus celebrating Sri Lankan and international cuisine, and uphold the highest standards for our discerning guests.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of 12 kitchen staff
Design and cost seasonal menus
Maintain food safety standards (HACCP)
Manage supplier relationships and inventory
Requirements
8+ years culinary experience, 3+ in leadership
Formal culinary qualification
Expertise in Sri Lankan and Western cuisine
Experience in luxury hospitality preferred
What We Offer
Salary: Rs 180,000 – 220,000/month
